THE St4TE project
The green and digital transitions are influencing our economies and societies, presenting possibilities for innovation, growth, and sustainability. Collectively referred to as the twin transition, these shifts have the potential to shape a future that is both environmentally responsible and digitally advanced.
The green transition refers to efforts to reduce environmental impact and move toward climate neutrality (such as adopting renewable energy and circular economy practices), while the digital transition involves the integration of digital technologies across all sectors (including AI, automation, and data-driven innovation). However, these transitions can also expose and exacerbate existing inequalities while giving rise to new ones.
The ST4TE project investigates these unequal impacts across Europe, combining data analysis and policy research to support more just, inclusive, and balanced transitions.
Contribution:
I coordinated management meetings and supported the project’s communication and outreach efforts. I managed social media channels, published articles on the website, and developed materials including LinkedIn posts, a flyer, posters, and a short YouTube video. As part of the research, I also conducted narrative interviews to explore how people experience the green and digital transitions in their daily lives (read about it here).
